Petoly endeavours to deliver your purchases within 3-5 business days. However, this depends on the type of the article and its availability. The delivery time may also vary from location to location.
Once you have purchased a product and made the payment, you’ll be notified about the confirmation of your order via your registered E-mail ID
Petoly reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of any operational/technical issues in the logistical process or if any fraudulent activity is suspected from the user account. The customer will be duly informed about the same via his/her registered E-mail ID/SMS.
Click the “Add to my wishlist” button to save the product for a purchase in the future, as and when the product is available.
Petoly has a policy of free delivery for purchases of any product worth INR 1000/- or more. For products worth less than INR 1000/- a nominal delivery fee of of Rs. 50/- will be charged towards shipping.
Please note that the replacement is only available for defective products and in case of changes in size/fit. No other requests for replacements will be entertained.
The status of your product and expected time of delivery can be found using the “Track Orders” feature of Petoly.
